What to Expect During Your Free Introductory Class
🥋 What to Wear
Wear comfortable workout clothes such as shorts, sweatpants, leggings, or a T-shirt. Whether you're joining us for kids martial arts, adult martial arts, kickboxing, or self-defense classes in Lubbock, no shoes or special equipment are needed. We'll provide everything else. Just bring a water bottle, a positive attitude, and get ready to have fun!
⏰ Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
Arriving a few minutes early gives us time to welcome you, give you a quick tour of our academy, answer any questions, and help you feel comfortable before class begins. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the entire introductory class. Questions are encouraged throughout your visit.

You'll meet one of our experienced instructors, take a tour of our academy, and participate in a fun, beginner-friendly class designed specifically for your age and experience level. You'll learn basic techniques, build confidence, and experience the positive, family-oriented atmosphere that makes Fire & Ice Martial Arts different. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel confident, comfortable, and successful from the very beginning.
